We touch doorknobs every day, but when was the last time you cleaned it? Probably not in a while (unless someone was sick). It takes barely any time and this can keep your house so much cleaner (and healthier).
I tend to just throw my cutting board in the dishwasher when I’m done using it, but that’s not always the best way to clean it. Every now and then, you should deep clean your cutting board. Depending on the material, this will be different, but it definitely helps keep germs down in the kitchen.
Handles for cupboards, drawers, dressers, closets, etc., are all nasty filthy. Wherever there’s a handle, there should also be cleaning happening.
Sinks can get pretty nasty, especially the kitchen sink! Make sure you’re cleaning the whole sink (faucet, knobs, soap dispenser, etc.). This will keep it in good condition and also stop germs from spreading.
